When I first met Jackie, I realized quickly she was a bride after my own heart. She arrived at our first meeting at her venue toting a huge binder chock full of colors, fabrics, photos and diagrams outlining every detail of her day. I love to see brides so hands-on with their weddings, involved in planning every detail and loving every minute of it! A couple of months later we met up at Seal Beach for their engagement photos, where I finally got to meet Wade and see how in love these two are!
Their wedding day at the Sheraton Park Hotel Anaheim Resort could not have been more perfect. Well, ok, maybe it could have been a COUPLE of degrees cooler that day, but otherwise, just a magical day. All of their family and friends were so happy and easy-going, it has to be one of the least stressful feeling wedding days I have ever experienced. No Bridezillas here, Jackie and Wade, as well as their entire bridal party, truly seemed to enjoy their day and really soak it all in! The outdoor ceremony venue at the Sheraton is brand new and a really lovely location for an outdoor wedding! Huge palm trees in the background really set the sunny California scene. After the ceremony, DJ Karl Sanger did a fabulous job of keeping the party moving along on the dance floor. As the night wore on, I managed to steal the newlyweds away for some special shots which involved running up to their hotel room to catch the Disneyland fireworks from their 12th floor balcony – definitely one of my all-time favorite wedding shots!
